OceanCloud designs, migrates, and optimises Microsoft 365 environments — so your people spend less time fighting tools and more time doing great work.
Most Microsoft 365 deployments deliver less than 40% of their potential value. Not because the platform is lacking — but because strategy, governance, and adoption are treated as afterthoughts. We exist to change that. Every engagement we deliver is designed around people first, technology second.
Our Story →We deep-dive into your current environment — auditing your M365 tenant, interviewing stakeholders, mapping workflows, and benchmarking your Microsoft Secure Score. No assumptions, no templates forced onto your situation.
Our architects produce a solution blueprint: information architecture, governance model, security posture, integration map, and a phased roadmap — reviewed and approved by you before a single line of code is written.
We build and migrate iteratively, keeping your live environment intact throughout. Daily standups, shared project tracking, and milestone sign-offs keep you in control. Cutover is meticulously tested — zero surprises on go-live day.
Technology only delivers value when people use it. We run bespoke training, champions programmes, and adoption KPI dashboards, with post-launch support defined around the needs of each engagement.

Transparent PricingEvery engagement defaults to Zero Trust principles. Entra ID, Conditional Access, Purview, and Defender are built in from the start — not bolted on as an afterthought once you're live.
Zero Trust by DefaultThe support period, response targets, optional health checks, and named ownership are documented for each engagement.

Quick answers to the questions we hear most from prospective clients.
Our fixed-price engagements cover everything from focused advisory retainers ($2,200/month) to full intranet builds and migrations. Typical project ranges: SharePoint intranet from $7,500 (small org) to $55,000+ (enterprise); M365 migration from $18–$30/user; Power Platform apps from $4,500. Every project starts with a free 60-minute scoping call, followed by a written estimate based on the agreed scope.
A typical M365 migration for 100–500 users takes 4–8 weeks, covering discovery, pilot migration, cutover, validation, and post-migration support. Larger or complex environments may require additional discovery and migration waves. Downtime targets, validation criteria, and rollback steps are agreed for each workload.
Post-launch support can be included in each engagement or documented as a separate retainer. The written scope defines the support period, named contact, response targets, optional health checks, and monitoring responsibilities. Standard office hours are Monday–Friday 9am–6pm EST.
Absolutely. We specialise in SharePoint intranet modernisation — migrating content, permissions, and metadata from legacy SharePoint 2010/2013/2016 or classic SharePoint Online sites to a fully modern SharePoint Online experience. Your data is migrated in parallel so the old intranet stays live until the new one is signed off.
We work with organisations of all sizes — from 20-person professional services firms to 5,000-seat multinational enterprises. Our service tiers are designed to scale: smaller clients benefit from our fixed-price intranet packages and SharePoint Quickstart offering, while enterprise clients get fully bespoke programmes with dedicated project management.
We implement a Zero Trust security model by default across all engagements — combining Entra ID, Conditional Access policies, Microsoft Purview sensitivity labels, and Defender for Microsoft 365. For regulated industries (healthcare, legal, finance), we layer on sector-specific compliance controls and can support HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR requirements.
Yes — Copilot readiness and deployment is one of our fastest-growing service areas. The biggest risk most organisations face before enabling Copilot is oversharing — documents and data that are technically accessible to everyone but were never meant to be. We run a Copilot Readiness Assessment covering data hygiene, sensitivity labelling, and governance posture, then manage the structured rollout, build prompt libraries, configure acceptable-use policies, and measure ROI through Viva Insights dashboards. The result: Copilot that delivers real productivity gains without exposing sensitive data.
We have deep experience across healthcare (HIPAA-compliant M365, clinical Teams), legal (matter-centric SharePoint, eDiscovery, DLP), financial services (SOC 2, Purview, regulatory Power BI), public sector (GCC cloud, governance frameworks), retail (frontline worker enablement, Teams Shifts), and manufacturing (shop floor Teams, operational dashboards). That said, our core methodology — discover, design, deploy, adopt — works for any organisation that runs on Microsoft 365.
